T3’s Jen Gennai Wins Responsible AI Leader of the Year

T3 is proud to announce that our Head of Responsible AI, Jen Gennai, has been named Responsible AI Leader of the Year – North America 2025 by Women in AI (WAI).

This prestigious recognition, announced on June 6th, honours Jen’s global leadership in developing and operationalising responsible AI frameworks that promote fairness, accountability, and trust.

A trailblazer in the field, Jen continues to shape the Responsible AI landscape through her work at T3 and her influence across the wider ecosystem.

WAI is a global nonprofit dedicated to inclusive, ethical AI. As a key partner in EU-backed initiatives such as AEQUITAS, DIVERSIFAIR, and AI4EU, WAI champions diversity in AI leadership and plays a critical role in steering policy and practice toward a more equitable digital future.
